Time of delivery:
Remittances become accessible to reception by the addressee
immediately after departure, but at their reception it is
necessary to take into account an operating time of a
concrete service station.
Payment:
Remittances are usually paid by cash currency, the check for
a remittance or their combination, depending on presence of
payment means and other conditions of payment in a service
station providing payment of translation. Payment is carried
out at representation of the corresponding identification
card. If the addressee does not have necessary certificate,
it can receive the small sum of money (up to 500 US dollars
or an equivalent in local currency), correctly answered the
control question offered by the remitter. At payments of 500
US dollars or more (or an equivalent in local currency) if
instead of the identification card the control question is
used, also the description of appearance of the addressee in
addition is required.
Cases of return of the basic sum and payment for service:
Cancellation of a remittance and return of the basic sum of
translation are carried out under the written application of
the sender. Return of a payment for service is carried out
under the written application of the sender if payment of a
remittance to the addressee in time has not been provided,
necessary for rendering the given service, in view of
business hours of the service station chosen for payment and
other special conditions. In a case if translation is not
received on fault or desire of the addressee and the sender
for these reasons, because of the infringement of conditions
of translation admitted by him or at the desire cancels the
translation, the brought payment for service does not come
back.
Currency exchange:
Payments of remittances are carried out in currency of the
country of purpose (in some countries of payment are carried
out only in US dollars). Paid money are recalculated at the
rate of System the Western a Union, working at the moment of
recalculation. In the countries CIS and Baltic payments of
translations from abroad are carried out in US dollars.
How to send a remittance
Fill in the form " For departure of money ". Enter
in corresponding sections:
- The country and city of the addressee of translation;
- The sum of translation (figures and in words);
- A name, a patronymic, a surname, the address (street,
the house, an apartment, city, the country, an index)
the addressee of translation;
- A name, a patronymic, a surname, the address (street,
the house, an apartment, city, the country, an index) a
phone number of the remitter;
- If the addressee will not show the identification
card, it is necessary to include in translation a
control question (and the answer to him)
- If the sum of translation exceeds 500 US dollars and
the addressee will not show the identification card, it
is necessary to include the description of appearance of
the addressee in translation;
The form is filled by you with own hand a roman type.
Besides you should write the application with the
instruction of the purpose of translation. According to the
legislation of the Russian Federation the translations made
without opening of the account, should not be connected to
realization of enterprise, investment activity or purchase
of the rights to real estate (in what you and should
subscribe). Besides you should take into account, that:
- The sum of translation through items of reception /
delivery of translations of one bank on the operational
expenditure cannot exceed 2000 US dollars a day;
- Translation can be carried out only for the benefit of
the physical person;
After registration of the application and the form of
translation you will ask to show the document proving the
identity. Besides you should be ready to that will ask to
show you and the document confirming an origin of a foreign
currency. We remind, that the documents confirming an origin
of a foreign currency for the physical person - the
resident, are:
- The information of the form № 0406007, made out in
the order established by Bank of Russia, being the basis
for export of a cash foreign currency abroad (for
realization of translations into the operational
expenditure, no more than 2000 US dollars a day);
- The information of the form № 0406007, made out in
the order established by Bank of Russia, being the basis
for export of a cash foreign currency abroad, confirming
translation of the given means from abroad (for
realization of translation within the limits of the sum
specified in the information);
- The document made out by customs body confirming
import by the physical person-resident of a cash foreign
currency in case the resident has earlier imported a
cash foreign currency with observance of the customs
legislation of the Russian Federation (for realization
of translation within the limits of the sum specified in
the customs declaration)
After end of translation to you the receipt to come is given
out to the currency warrant and the information of the form
№ 0406007, confirming that you have made translation.
After specification of all formalities grant on cash
department the basic sum of translation and a payment for
translation. Receive a copy of the form with ten-character
control number of translation which is recommended to be
informed the addressee.
For an additional payment the following services are
offered:
- Telephone or the cable notification;
- The brief message;
- Delivery of the check to the sum of a remittance.
The list of the services rendered for an additional payment,
can vary depending on the country in which are paid money.
How to receive a remittance
Fill in the form " For reception of money ". Enter
in corresponding sections:
- The full name;
- The address;
- A full name of the sender;
- A phone number of the sender (if you know it);
- The expected sum;
- City and the country, translation whence is sent;
- Ten-character control number of translation (if you
know it).
Sign the form. Show the operator the document proving your
identity, and receive money.
